This one of a kind project was developed from a blend of Italian Chateau and Transitional Architectural influences. With extensive use of natural stone and Wood the Pavilion developed a timeless feel as if it has been situated on the site for hundreds of years. The structural wood trusses sourced from British Columbia, enabled the structure to incorporate a massive gathering space with 45 ft. ceilings.

The property has an executive home office, fitness center, infinity pool with separate pool house and changing rooms, and a thirteen car garage with a separate entertaining space.
